Ingredients
12eggs
1/2cup Wild Rice
1/4cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1teaspoon salt
6cups of warm water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, place eggs and warm water with a teaspoon of salt and boil for 15 minutes.
After eggs are finished cooking, remove from stove and drain water, rinse and peel eggs under running cold water.
Cut eggs in half, scoop yolks into a small bowl and place egg whites on a plate, facing up. Add wild rice, mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix well.
Scoop egg yolk mixture onto egg whites and enjoy! Store covered in the refrigerator
