Grease 9x13 pan with coconut oil
In a large bowl, add canned coconut milk, mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and stevia. Combine with an electric hand beater on medium for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and combine with large spoon or rubber spatchula.
In a small bowl, combine two cups of gluten free flour with baking powder and baking soda. Then add dry mixture to wet and combine just until all ingredients are combined (do not overmix).
