Parsley Hummus

  • Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

2-15 oz cans of chick peas

3 cloves garlic

1 cup loosely packed parsley

½ cup tahini + 1 tablespoon

1 cup olive oil

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except olive oil and salt in food processor.

Slowly add oil until you reach desired consistency.

Add salt to taste.
