Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Line a 8x11-baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Wash apples and cut in half, horizontally. Remove middle cores and place in baking dish.
4. Combine all ingredients (except un-melted coconut oil/ghee) in a bowl and using a spoon, scoop oat mixture into apples.
5. Divide the remaining coconut oil/ghee and place on tops of the apples. Cover dish with foil and bake for 60-70 minutes.
