About the Author

This is Kim Young, Founder of Healthy Little Cooks’ and AskCoachKim.com’s first book!  Kim is veteran to the healthy living movement.  In 2004, she also founded LoveMyBody, a non-profit that promotes positive body image and combats eating disorders in women and children. It was through this work, the work with herself and her own children, she saw an immediate need to teach other kids and their grown-ups how to eat and cook healthy. In addition to leading Healthy Little Cooks’, Kim is a speaker, blogger for the Washington Redskins, WIC nutritional instructor, healthy lifestyle advocate, wife and a mother of four.
